What payment methods do you accept? 

 

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Etc…), PayPal, and E-Transfer payments. NOTE: E-Transfer payments are only for customers with Canadian bank accounts! Please phone and/or email Chris Riss directly if you would like to place an order and pay via E-Transfer from a Canadian bank account.  

 

 

Where do you ship from? And how long will it take for my order to arrive? 

 

Our warehouse is located in Qualicum Beach, BC, Canada. Expect to receive your order no later than 2-4 weeks after date of purchase. If you do not receive your order by 4 weeks from date of purchase please call and/or email Chris Riss directly and he will be more than happy to assist you!    

 

 

What is your return policy? 

 

All sales are final. But please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or damaged. Please include your order number, photographs and/or videos of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our absolute best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
